Instant Asam Fish Sauce
Asam Fish is a Malaysian is stew fish cook with tamarind, herbs, spices and chilies. Vegetables are added into asam fish. Asam fish is sour and spicy and yet does not have the fishy smell. Asam fish goes well with rice.
Mak Nyonya Asam Fish is of Baba Nyonya style and the herbs and spices used of good quality to give you the flavor and taste of the original asam fish.
Ingredients :-
Asam, Onion, Lemongrass, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Spices and Edible Oil (Palm Oil).
Non Colouring.
Cholesterol Free.
Cooking Method :-
To Steam :
Steam 800gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet Mak Nyonya Instant Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce. Let it steam for another 5 minutes and serve hot. (Approx : 15 minutes).
To Fry :
Fry 800gm of prawn, squid or seafood together with Mak Nyonya Instant Portuguese Style Steamed Fish Sauce for 5 minutes. Add in 200ml water (1 cup water). Continue cook until boil and serve hot.
