Taucu Sauce for Steam Fish
Ingredients :-
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of minced ginger
- 1 tbsp Yuen Chun Taucu, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp of oil
Seasoning :-
- 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
- Pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 3 tbsp of water
Cooking Instruction :-
Heat the oil in a wok. Sauté ginger and garlic. Add taucu and stir until fragrant. Add in seasoning and bring to a boil. Remove and pour over fish. Steam the fish for 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove and garnish with chopped spring onions.
