Black Pepper Mix
Black Pepper Beef is a favourite dish among many people. When it is cooked, the aroma is very tantalizing and salivating. It is really delicious when Black Pepper Beef is taken with rice. The black pepper is well selected from the good quality of locally produced pepper.
No MSG and reduced salt.
Ingredients :-
Maltodeksdrin, Black Pepper, Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Palm Fat, Caramel, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Onion, Coriander Powder, Contains Yeast Extract as permitted flavor enhancer.
To Prepare :-
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok and stir-fry 500g sliced beef fillet for 3 minutes over high heat.
- Stir in 40g Maggi Black Pepper Mix (pre-mixed with 2 tbsp water) and 1 large onion (sliced). Fry until beef is done.
- Add 2 stalks spring onions (cut into 3 cm lengths) and stir-fry for 1 minute.
