Fried Kuey Teow
Ingredients :
2 tsp Knorr Ikan Bilis Seasoning Powder
1 tsp Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce
3 tbs oil
2 tsp chilli paste
3 cloves garlic
8 – 10 prawns shelled
1 fish cake, sliced
400gm kuey teow
2 eggs
1 cup Chinese chives, cut into 5cm length
1 ½ cup bean sprouts
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instruction :
- Heat oil in a wok over medium fire. Fry chilli paste and garlic for 1 – 2 minutes. Add ikan bilis seasoning powder, prawns and fish cake.
- Add kuey teow and oyster sauce. Mix well for 2 – 3 minutes. Spread noodles out creating a well in the middle of the wok. Add 1 tsp oil into this and add egss. Scramble quickly and combine with noodles.
- Add chives and bean sprouts and stir fry quickly over a high fire. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve at once.
