Local Dried Shrimp
Dried shrimps are use in many Asians cooking. Dried shrimps are small shrimps that have been sun dried. Malaysians use dried shrimps in their cuisines as it add flavor and taste to the cooking. Malaysia as a multi racial country has a variety of ways cooking with dried shrimps. Dried shrimps are use to add into cooking during stir frying, curry and sambal.
Dried shrimp is orangish in colour and firm in texture. This dried shrimp is skinless of size 1 to 2 cm.
Ingredient : Shrimp, Salt
Shelf life :
½ years when stored at chill temperature.
3½ months when stored at ambient temperature.
Packaging :PP bag (food grade) .
Storage : At chill temperature (7-8ºC)
