Local Shell On Dried Shrimp
Dried shrimps come in two types that are without shell and shell on. Dried shrimps are salted and sun dried. Dried shrimps can be cooked in many ways such as stir fry with vegetables, sambal and other ways. Dried shrimps add taste to the food. Malaysia as a multi racial country with the Malays, Indians, Peranakan and Chinese uses dried shrimp in their cuisines. Dried Shrimps give a very nice aroma when you add them to your cooking.
Shell On Dried shrimp is orangish in colour and firm in texture. This dried shrimp is with shell of size 1 to 2 cm.

Shelf life :
½ years when stored at chill temperature.
3½ months when stored at ambient temperature.
Packaging :PP bag (food grade) .
Storage : At chill temperature (7-8ºC)
