Fried Rice
Ingredients :
2 tsp Knorr Ikan Bilis Seasoning Powder
3 tbs oil
100gm chicken breast, cut into 1cm cubes
100gm prawns, shelled
6 long beans, sliced 0.5cm thick
4 cups cooked rice
Salt to taste
Blended with 50ml water
2 red chillies, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp belacan
Cooking Instruction :
- Heat oil in a wok over a medium fire. Stir fry blended ingredients for about 8 minutes.
- Add chicken and prawns and stir fry for 4 minutes. Add beans, ikan bilis seasoning powder and fry for 1 minute before adding rice.
- Toss to combine and cook till heated through. Add salt to taste and serve with crackers and crispy ikan bilis.
