Poria cocos, 650mg
Semen ziziphi spinosae, 450mg
Fructus amomum villosum, 400mg
Herba leonurus japonicas, 500mg
Rhizoma cyperus rotundus, 450mg
Radix aucklandia lappa, 250mg
Rhizoma corydalis yanhushuo, 450mg
Arillus dimocarpus longan, 150mg
Rhizoma zingiber officinale, 50mg
Furctus Ziziphi jujubae, 50mg
Indication :
Traditionally used to relieve menstrual pain, regulate menstruation, relief of vaginal discharge and improve blood circulation.
Dosage :
Take 1 to 2 sachets a day immediately after menses for 6 days continuously per menstrual cycle.
Pour into 120ml of warm/hot water. Stir well and drink immediately.
Storage :
Please keep in cool/ dry place.
Avoid direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions :
Not recommended for pregnant women & children below 12 years old. If symptom persists, please consult a doctor.
Those who have symptoms of cold, flu and fever should only take under medical advice.
