Kuah Kacang
Kuah Kacang Agromas is an authentic sauce among the Malaysian.
Peanut sauce is a traditional Malay dish which is blended from various spices which is then blended together with peanuts. Peanut sauce goes well with Satay (skewer meat grilled or barbeque), ketupat, nasi himpit (compressed rice cubes) and also can be serve as “kuah pecal”.
Malaysian Indians enjoy their peanut sauce with their famous rojak vegetable, with or without noodle.
Ingredients :-
Peanut, Shallot, Garlic, Sugar, Tamarind Juice, Chili and Salt.
Preparation :-
Tear the packet and put the Kuah Kacang Agromas into a pot. Stir with hot or warm water. Mix until even and it is ready to serve.
