Pepper Spice Soup Mix
Pepper Spice Soup is a favorite soup amongst the Chinese in Malaysia. The main ingredient is white pepper. This soup when cooked is filled with the aroma of pepper. Pepper Spice Soup is best taken when is hot as gives the spiciness of pepper. When soup is taken hot, it immediately will warm up your body especially in cold weather.
Claypot Pepper Spice Soup Mix is easy to prepare as all ingredients are well selected for the right taste and aroma. You will definitely finish this soup till the last drop.
Ingredients :-
White pepper (40%), Salt, Garlic, Onion, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Yeast Extract and Seasonings.
Preparation :
- 1 packet Pepper Spice Soup Mix.
- 1 kg of meat (chicken, beef or others) cut to preferred size.
- 1500ml (6 rice bowls) water.
- 2 pieces whole garlic. Salt is not necessary as it forms part of the ingredients
Cooking Method :-
- Put in the filter bag (do not open filter bag), meat and garlic into boiling water.
- Simmer for at least 45 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
Serve 4 – 6 persons.
