Prawn Noodle Paste
Prawn Noodles is a famous noodle prawn soup in Malaysia. Penang is well known for their prawn noodle which is also known as ‘hokkien mee’.
Hae Mee is a well known hawker noodles dish in Malaysia. You can add to the noodle with fresh water prawns and sambal according to your taste as some like with added spicy. Prawn Noodle Paste – Delimas is of the real authentic taste of Malaysian traditional prawn noodles.
Ingredients :-
Cooking oil, onion, shrimps, chili, galangal, garlic, lemon grass, sugar, salt and flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621). Contain Crustacean product.
Cooking Instructions :-
- Mix 1 packet Prawn Noodle Paste Delimas in 900ml water. Bring to boil to make stock.
- Blanch 360g cooked noodles, some bean sprouts and green vegetable, place evenly into 4 bowls. Garnish with ¼ hard-boiled egg, cooked prawns and slices of meat.
- Pour boiling stock onto noodles. Sprinkle on some fried shallots and spring onion. Serve.
Microwave Directions :-
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix paste with 900ml hot water.
- Put in some prawns and thin slices of meat.
- Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes*.

- Add 360g cooked noodle, some bean sprouts and green vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle on some fried shallots and spring onion. Serve.
*Microwave ovens vary, adjust time as needed.
