Rendang Tok
Rendang Tok Agromas is an authentic Malay dish which is also a type of beef rendang. Rending Tok is a traditional Perak Malay delicacy. Only the high quality beef and selected high quality of spices are used.
Ingredients :-
Meat, coconut milk, galangal, turmeric, lemon grass, spices, onions, garlic, chili powder, kerisik, sugar and salt.
Preparation :-
- Place the wrapped aluminium doil into the boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Dish out and unwrap the aluminium foil and it’s ready to be served.
- Dish out into a plate and serve with rice, ketupat or lemang.
