Soup Powder
Faiza Soup Powder is herbs and spice soup. Consist of herbs and spice to give you the aroma and flavor for your soup. You can use chicken or lamb for this soup. This soup is popular among the Malay and Indians in Malaysia.
The herbs and spices are selected for the quality and the right quantity to give you the flavor and aroma. Faiza Soup Powder is convenient to cook
Ingredients :-
Coriander, Cumin, White Pepper, Cardamons, Cloves, Star Anise.
Soup Faiza
Cooking Method :
- Heat oil in the pan and fry blended ingredients (6 shallots, 3 garlic and 2cm ginger) until fragrant.
- Add 6 cups of water, 600gm of chicken/meat and 3 potatoes (quartered). Allow to cook.
- Add in 1 tbsp Faiza Soup Powder. Stir well and allow to simmer and add salt to taste.
- Finally add salt and garnish with Chinese celery and fried shallots.
No artificial colour, flavor and preservatives added.
