Tom Yam Cubes

Ingredients :-
Salt, Palm Fat, Sugar, Chili, Palm Olean, Tamarind, Kaffirlime Leaves, Shrimps (contains Squids and Fish), Lemongrass, Spices (contains Soya). Contains Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Inosinate and Guanylate as permitted flavour enhancer. Contains Citric Acid, Seasoning, Colouring and permitted plant and synthetic origin.
Preparation :-
1.75 litre water
1½ Knorr Tom Yam Cubes
2 stalks lemon grass, crushed
300g medium sized prawns
300g squids, washed and cut into 5cm length
300g clams
150g rice noodles, soaked in water until soft and toss
4 bird’s eye chili, crushed
3 pcs Kaffirlime leaves
2 stalk coriander leaves, cut into 3cm length
Salt to taste
Fish Sauce to taste
Cooking Instructions :-
- Add water, Knorr Tom Yam Cube and lemongrass in a pot to boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add prawns, squids and clams and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until clam shells are opened (ensure do not overcook). Add rice noodles and bird’s eye chili (to taste). Add salt or fish sauce to taste.
- Garnish with Kaffirlime leaves and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
