Instant Tom Yam Sauce
Tom Yum originated from Thailand with it’s distinct sour and spicy flavor type of soup and uses a lot of herbs and spices. You can cook Tom Yum with seafood or meat and mixed with vegetables and mushrooms. The distinct taste of sour and spicy makes you salivate and you will finish the soup till the last drop.

Ingredients :-
Shallot, Lemongrass, Chili, Asam Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt and Palm Oil.
Non Colouring.

Cooking Instruction :-
- Stir fry a packet of Mak Nyonya Instant Tom Yam Sauce till fragrant.
- Add water 700ml (3 ½ cups, add 2 tomatoes, vegetable, chili padi, prawns, squid and chicken 250gm.
- Stir over medium heat till boil and add lime juice to taste, garnish with pepperming leaves.
