Turmeric Powder
Turmeric is part of the ginger family plant. When turmeric is dried and grounded, the colour is deep yellow powder. Turmeric is commonly used in South Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines especially in curries.
Turmeric is always use in powder form. Turmeric when used in cooking will give the yellow colour to your curry dish. Turmeric is use to mask the smell of fish in fish curry. Turmeric is always use together with curry powder for the yellow colour.

Prawn Fried With Turmeric And Curry Leaf
Cooking Method :
- Coat 1kg prawn with salt, 15gm Faiza turmeric powder and ½ tsp white pepper evenly. Marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil and fry blended ingredients (5 shallots and 2 garlics) until fragrant.
- Add prawn and cook until golden brown.
- Add 1 stalk curry leaf and mix well. Ready to serve.
Can also use chicken or other seafood.
No artificial colour, flavor and preservatives added.
